These Terms govern your use of Pickzorella (“Pickzorella”), operated by Pickzorella, registration no. 934 781 526, Karl Johans gate 15, 0154 Oslo, Norway (“we”, “us”).
1. Entertainment, not real-money gambling
Pickzorella is a social casino experience for entertainment only. There are no real-money stakes and no prizes of real-world value. Success in Pickzorella does not predict or imply success in real-money gambling.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction if higher. Do not use Pickzorella where prohibited by applicable law.
3. Virtual coins
Atlantean coins are free, have no monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash or anything of real-world value. If you run out, you can refill for free. Pickzorella currently contains no purchases.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, use bots, reverse engineer, disrupt the service, or copy Pickzorella’s content or artwork without permission.
5. Intellectual property
All artwork, code, sounds and text are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Pickzorella is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Pickzorella.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes may be announced in Pickzorella, and the date above will be updated.
8. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us through the contact page first.
